I’m here to make feeding your children (and yourself) a more simple, enjoyable process - so you can experience the relief that comes with everyone getting what they need.
Great - glad we’re on the same page.
When you become a parent, you’re not just getting a new title - you’re getting a flood of information, opinions, and worries about whether you’re doing things “right.”
Combine that with stressing over your sweet babe’s growth and development (are they eating enough? Of the right things? At the right times?), and feeding your littles just went from “simple on paper” to “should I have gotten a PhD in this first?!”
That’s exactly where I come in: to make feeding simple again through straightforward, science-based advice that’s actually realistic for the beautiful mess that is parenthood.
That may not be exactly what you had in mind when you started looking for nutrition help, but here we are -
Because if there’s one thing that being a parent taught me, it’s that things are way simpler when I at least try to go with the flow (although I do wish the flow would at least tell me where it’s going and what time we’re getting there).
Whether I’m supporting you with feeding your newborn, your toddler, or yourself, I’m the kind of dietitian who keeps it oh-so-real - because I understand that there’s really no other choice when you’re a parent.
Specifically, the alphabet soup of credentials that I bring to my work (in addition to my real-life experience with parenting in the trenches, of course).
As a registered, licensed dietitian with extensive education, I have experience in every setting (from the human milk research lab to the children's clinic) and I use it to help you cut through the nutrition noise and fuel your family through a realistic, research-based approach.
I’ve seen, heard, said, or done it all - and I’m never here to judge.
I focus on science-based strategies that are easy and helpful to use.
I take into account how you feel about our plan when helping create it - because I’m not here to make parenting harder than it needs to be.
I celebrate all families and all feeding styles - cultures, preferences, and values included.
Even if breastfeeding doesn’t go the way you wanted it to - or your kid, like mine, prefers throwing veggies to the dog instead of eating them.
