Pediatric Nutritionist in Indiana For Families Who Keep Thinking:

There’s got to be an easier way to feed this kid.

Between the tableside tantrums and conflicting advice, it’s easy to get stressed about your child’s nutrition. I’m here to educate and empower you when it comes to feeding your kids, so you can enjoy calmer family meals (and maybe even drink your coffee while it’s hot every once in a while).

Let’s make one thing clear:

Asking for help doesn’t make you a bad parent. In fact, it makes you a great one.

You’re not alone in feeling like mealtimes with your children are overwhelming - in fact, I’ve never met a parent who hasn’t felt that way at some point. Whether you’re navigating picky eating, food allergies, or general nutrition, I’ll help make eating easier through a food-positive, family-friendly approach.

Meet the Dietitian

Hi, I’m Casey - pediatric nutritionist in Indiana ready to meet your child where they are.

Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis for your child that makes eating complicated, or you’re just frustrated with constantly picking uneaten broccoli off of the floor (and the chairs…and somehow, out of your hair) - I’ll help you develop a simple, workable nutrition plan to move forward that honors your family’s wants and needs.

Because let’s face it - it’s easier to parent when you work with your child instead of against them.

If there’s anything my experience providing nutrition care to medically complex kiddos - from kidney transplant recipients to NICU graduates and beyond - has taught me, it’s that the plan has to be realistic to be effective.

I’ll take into account your child’s medical needs, your family’s needs and values, and everything in between to help you move forward in a way that feels right.

As a pediatric dietitian nutritionist, I believe…

  • All bodies are good, no matter their shape, size, or ability.

  • Your family deserves to make enjoyable memories at the table.

  • The “healthiest” way to feed your family doesn’t have to be the most expensive or complicated one.

  • That feeding your child is easier with the right support and help.
